That is true but we don't use twitter ids exclusively to determine the destination of the alias (since people add numbers to the end of their name if it's already taken)

On twitter their display name is dgu, on tinami it's also dgu, and on pixiv it's ctog

The direction of the alias (dgu or ctog) depends on the importance you assign to each of these sites, but it's definitely not gonna be ctog2014
