Reason: This artist frequently gets mistagged due to their name, so requesting a mass update to add a suffix to hopefully prevent people from adding this tag to their own art. Opting for a mass update instead of an alias so that fetish-art doesn’t continue to show up in the tag autocomplete.

Update: I removed the tag from 18 posts where it was added incorrectly, which was about 23% of the total results for the tag. The update should be good to go through now.

Reason: Subsequent BUR for after mass update; invalidate fetish-art and fetish_art.

Any future usage intended to be the artist name can easily be moved to fetish-art_(artist), and the actual concept of "fetish art" is too vague to be useful as a tag. Instead replace with what the fetish is, e.g. diaper, scat, etc...
