create implication head_wraps (94) -> wraps (14251)

create implication eye_wraps (3) -> head_wraps (94)
create implication neck_wraps (41) -> wraps (14251)
create implication hair_wraps (37) -> wraps (14251)
create implication stomach_wraps (25) -> wraps (14251)
create alias belly_wraps (8) -> stomach_wraps (25)
create implication ear_wraps (18) -> wraps (14251)
create implication finger_wraps (8) -> wraps (14251)
create implication waist_wraps (2) -> wraps (14251)
create implication ankle_wraps (312) -> leg_wraps (1494)
create implication knee_wraps (12) -> leg_wraps (1494)
remove implication wrist_wraps (949) -> wraps (14251)
create implication wrist_wraps (949) -> arm_wraps (3353)
create alias feet_wraps (3) -> foot_wraps (1249)
create implication wing_wraps (3) -> wraps (14251)
create implication wing_wraps (3) -> wings (384351)

Reason: Missing wraps implications. Face wraps are head wraps, I don't think there's much of a distinction to be made there. Eye wraps seems distinct enough to keep separate but should probably imply head wraps I think.

Also, the ankle and knee are parts of the legs, so wraps on them are also leg wraps, same for the wrist and arm.

You have to have wings to have wing wraps.

create alias monotone_wraps (8) -> wraps (14251)
create alias light_wraps (7) -> wraps (14251)
create alias dark_wraps (4) -> wraps (14251)

Reason: Wraps colors, plus aliasing away monotone/light/dark

Would it be good to alias the tags for each individual wraps (white_hand_wraps, white_arm_wraps, white_leg_wraps, etc.) to the more general [color]_wrap tags, or make implication chains instead?

IMO, alias, I feel like it may be overkill to have combination tags for colors and locations, I don't think it's common enough for a character to be wearing different color wraps on different parts of their body for this to be an issue
