Rainbow serpent sounds like it can easily misinterpreted as any serpent with a rainbow color pattern, IMO.

This doesn't seem correct. I don't know anyone that would consider Russian culture to be part of Asian culture. Wikipedia calls it "Europe's most populous country", suggesting it better fits the European side of things than Asian. Alternatively, it could be given a separate "Slavic mythology" or "East Slavic mythology", if there's more than Russia that would fit under it (Wikipedia says "Today Belarusians, Russians and Ukrainians are the existent East Slavic nations. Rusyns can also be considered as a separate nation, although they are often considered a subgroup of the Ukrainian people.", although there's no citations for either claim, so may not be accurate).

Some of these also seem unnecessarily specific, IMO. Especially since myths aren't border-locked and change with time, making pinpointing something to a specific country difficult to impossible.

What is the difference between aboriginal_mythology and indigenous_australian_mythology, since the Aboriginals are the indigenous people of Australia?

I'm inclined to agree that Russian culture would be more European than Asian. The core of Russian culture originated in eastern Europe where Moscow and Saint Petersburg are, then spread eastward across the Urals and into Asia during Russia's empire-building phase.

I'd lean towards slavic_mythology, I think that's a pretty decent cultural line to draw.

Georgia, like Russia, exists on the border between Europe and Asia, so lumping it under Asian mythology isn’t technically correct. You could say that it’s both European and Asian, but Georgia is very culturally and ethnically European, so it would be better to put it there instead.

Should be one or the other, but not both, as these are two entirely separate regions. Hawai'i is a territory of the United States, but it’s not remotely considered part of the North American continent, so I’d leave it under Pacific.

Side note, you’re also implying a lot of empty tags here. Make sure these aren’t typos or things already covered by other tags; and if not, consider if the implications are necessary if the tags themselves have never been used.

The "Rainbow serpent" or "Rainbow snake" has no one unified name across the different Aboriginal pantheons/languages, and it doesn't seem right to pick just one over the others. Also upon further research ~~of this disambiguation page~~, it turns out that "rainbow snake" is a common name for Farancia erytrogramma, a species of colubrid snake in the southeast United States. I'm the one who made the rainbow_serpent tag in the first place, so I'll go tag _(mythology) on the end if that's no trouble.

According to Wikipedia, Aboriginals consists of all of the natives of Australia except for Torres Strait Islanders. Their ancestors migrated to Australia passing through Melanesia instead of the more direct route through Indonesia the others' ancestors did.

Okay looking to see what exactly Slavs are, you're right. I assumed they were an ethnicity without their own country, like Melanesians or Uyghurs, but it's a grouping of ethnicities like Quechuas. And I've always thought of Russia as part of Asia culturally because of it being part of it geographically. Changing to implicate georgian_mythology -> european_mythology and implicate russian_mythology -> slavic_mythology

Fixed the typos. As for the empty tags:

Canadian mythology — Okay this one might be redundant, but it might not, as it is a regional lake monster (one exclusively in Canada, as opposed to the mishipeshu of the Great Lakes region). The name "Ogopogo" is just a nonsense word made by the Canadians, with the cryptid originally being called "Naitaka" by the Secwepemc and Syilx natives.

Side note: Mexican mythology exists, but wasn't sure whether to imply it to Central American mythology/Mesoamerican mythology or North American mythology because some people consider it part of one, the other, or both.

Inca mythology — This tag would be valuable for Inca deities such as... the ones who don't have tags which is all of them. We only have two posts tagged "ccoa" that would qualify, but there may be an Inca deity tagged somewhere.
indigenous Asian mythology and indigenous South American mythology — natives of North America and Australia are covered, but not for the ones from South America (Quechua, Guarani) or Asia (Ainu, Uyghur).
kamuy_(mythology) -> Ainu_mythology — Okay, even through it was yesterday, my brain is full on flatlining trying to remember what post I found some variant/synonym of "kamuy" on (one of byaku yutari's? But I cant find it again?) The point is that the mythological kamuy (as opposed to kamuy (FFXIV)) is of the Ainu people's mythology, and would be tagged whenever it will.
qhoa — This is empty because I'm proposing aliasing ccoa to it; that is because that is how it is listed on Wikipedia (albeit as a redlink) before listing a bunch of other spellings ~~and I like the spelling more~~.
Swedish mythology — Because the origin of the skvader can be traced back to Rudolf Granberg, a Swede who made the first rogue taxidermy of its kind in 1918.
