The tag alias #69386 inner_ear -> ears has been approved.

Reason: Seems pretty useless. Only 6 images tagged right now but this would prevent future tagging

Could also change its category to invalid, since there's [color]_inner_ear, but that (and inner_ear_fluff) is about it
ears already covers inner_ear colours, so I have no more problems with the alias

It's also a bit ambiguous, but this is the best target for it. Initially, I was puzzled on why we were tagging eardrums and cochleas. :p
