Reason: A couple neopet colors that are missing an implication to neopet_(species).

The bulk update request #7646 is active.

create implication april_fools_neopet (1) -> neopet_(species) (1280)
remove implication smewce (1) -> neopet_(species) (1280)
create implication smewce (1) -> april_fools_neopet (1)

Reason: Similar to beta_pokemon_(species) - these are neopet species that were designed for an April Fool's prank in 2005, only one of them, the Gnorbu, was added as a real species.

There's over 50 of them so I'm just doing the one that has an image for now since Neopets is nowhere near as popular as Pokemon is. I'll probably try to find some art of the others later.
