It's going to fail again because of post #82350 - This post has 2000 tags, any implication that tries to add a tag to it will fail
It's been brought up as an issue internally, so we'll see if it's fixed. In the mean time, you can just kick one of the tags on the post to the curb

looking through the tag list there are at least a few mistags, like the slowpoke character seems to have caused the post to be tagged as presenting_hindquarters. there are also a few other things that might be worth removing as well.

edit: there's a few things that are using invalid color names that I can do away with; probably should make a khaki -> tan alias. there's quite a few tags with this volor for some reason.
