remove alias fenghuang (0) -> mythological_fenghuang (64)
remove implication mythological_fenghuang (64) -> east_asian_mythology (24918)
remove implication mythological_fenghuang (64) -> mythological_firebird (2674)

Reason: I have two issues with the current mythological_fenghuang tag:

1. Fenghuangs aren't firebirds. They get called Chinese phoenixes colloquially, but besides being mythological, colorful birds, they really don't have much in common. There's no reason to lump them together.
2. There aren't any non-mythological fenghuangs. Calling the tag mythological_fenghuang is just redundant.

So, let's try to kill two birds with one stone. My two goals are to unimply the tag from mythological_firebird and to rename it to just fenghuang (or if fenghuang_(kung_fu_panda) is a concern, fenghuang_(mythology) is fine too I guess. not ideal, but it's more of a might-as-well-while-we're-here thing since I already wanna toss the firebird implication).

Part 2:

alias mythological_fenghuang -> fenghuang
alias fenghuang_(mythological) -> fenghuang
alias fenghuang_(mythology) -> fenghuang
alias fenghuang_(species) -> fenghuang
alias fenghuang -> fenghuang
alias fenghuang_(bird) -> fenghuang
alias chinese_phoenix -> fenghuang
imply fenghuang -> east_asian_mythology

Technically, the <phoenix> is one of four mythological firebirds Wikipedia lists. There's also the bennu, huma bird, and the Slavic firebird, but then we get into the issue of how the heck would we be able to tell them apart on this site? :\

Bennu is an individual and not a species, but point still stands.
