Saw a bunch of posts with bikini bra. Especially posts with micro_bikini bra seem kinda wrong to me. My question is: Should one tag bra (underwear) in general, when a bikini (swimwear) is covering the breasts / nipples?

Irl, yes. For the purposes of this site, I don't believe we consider swimwear to be underwear, so bra's implications would be wrong.
Texture and context are the biggest tells for swimwear vs a bra. So many posts are super ambiguous, and to make things messier a lot of lingerie is drawn with bikini shapes.
Is this lingerie? A micro bikini? If it is a micro bikini is it still swimwear? You can't inspect it to see if it's made of swimsuit material.
