"Mature" as in I'm out of Amateur Avenue with my art skills or something less family friendly? Just want to make sure I got that clarified before I misread the room and come off like I said something out of left field.

In that case, I would draw a humanoid with the appearance of a person, but the eyes would change according to emotion. Like cat eyes for focusing on something, horizontal pupils like prey animals for being scared or terrified, frog eyes for being "head empty" and so on.
I would continue the work of Pablo Picasso but furry...and nude...with huge schlongs.
