create implication smiling_at_partner (2647) -> smile (1051559)
create implication smiling_at_another (4221) -> smile (1051559)
create implication smiling_at_each_other (778) -> smile (1051559)
Reason: smiling_at_viewer already implicates smile. This BUR will make sure the other directional smiling tags do the same.

Shouldn't smiling at partner and smiling at each other imply smiling at another?
