Reason: Even the wiki states that bulletsoup was Hardiman's alias... so I guess actual alias (or implication) would be in order?

It definitely looks like Hardiman's style, and there's discussion in the comments about the two being the same person. It could be argued that BulletSoup is Hardiman's Inkbunny alias. One could also make the argument that Hardiman wanted the BulletSoup name to be kept separate from his, but he's also dead, so is in no fit condition to say one way or the other.
This has long been suspected or believed true by many. I don't believe confirmation exists.
Might be best to let sleeping dogs lie.
This is like the whole ancient "is Desiree Lee the same person" controversy, only in this case probably more plausible. If there's no hard confirmation evidence though, I wouldn't touch it.
