Zootopia+ is an animated series on disney+, consisting of 6 episodes giving more background to various characters and situations throughout zootopia.

Does this need a separate tag?

It's a question about whether Zootopia+ is distinct enough from Zootopia to warrant a separate tag. Aside from the fact that Zootopia+ is a TV show on Disney+ and Zootopia is a movie, if they're otherwise similar it may not be worth having separate tags.
