Yeah it might be nice to be able to imply phone_charm to a main charm tag I think, and those aren't jewelry

It hangs from another piece of jewelry, but it itself is a miniature piece of jewelry.

Wikipedia calls bag charms a piece of jewelry, but that article is pretty barebones. There's not a lot of great sources in general on this topic. Phone charm defines itself on our wiki as a small pendant, and we consider pendants jewelry. (Some of what's in charm should actually be in pendant now that I think about it, but that's offtopic)
