Reason: In some instances, the tag may not be used with milk, but other ... fluids

This is also partially an ask of whether or not post #4663745 should be tagged with milk_face_cat due to the resemblance of the bottom left panel. If so, the implication should be removed since.. that's not milk on his face 😅

My apologies, turns out the implication doesn't exist. My dumb ass typed out milk, then clicked the tag, so it was trying to add milk and milk_face_cat

But.. I guess the tagging question still stands. It's not a direct recreation but still seems inspired by the meme
