The tag alias #70383 cross_pasties -> nipple_tape is pending approval.
Reason: On other sites it is used as cross_pasties, some aliased with x_pasties, and i think nipple_tape is a bit hard to find since it's easy to confuse them with regular pasties

Shouldn't this imply pasties instead?
Nah, nipple_tape means pretty much the same thing as cross_pasties here. No real reason to have it as a separate thing.

No. We're aliasing cross_pasties to nipple_tape because they have the same meaning.
Nipple_tape already implies pasties because it's a type of pasties.

This one seems a little weird to me, nipple_tape doesn't have to be in a cross pattern, it's just how it's most commonly portrayed.
I don't think all cross-shaped pasties are tape either, this one looks like one singular pastie rather than two pieces of tape:

Cross is a shape like heart, star and the rest of the list. I don't know why it should be aliased to nipple_tape.

Wow ok I was looking at pasties from a really weird perspective, as if ducktape cross is THE pasties and everything else is just silly nonsense. Yeah, implication makes more sense.

It may not be implied to by it, but I just went through 10 pages of nipple_tape posts and, aside from mistagged posts and stuff on my blacklist, I only found 14 posts with non-cross-shaped tapes on nipples, so i think it's fair to say most people understand nipple_tape as something that must have the cross/x pattern, so unless we start adding the cross_pasties tag individually to most of the nipple_tape posts I think aliasing the tag would be a better decision.
