Slutty is subjective at best, and applies to almost every explicit animation and image on this website anyways.

I would say aliasing it to a different tag might be better, but it seems like it's been tagged for a really wide range of things, a good chunk of which probably shouldn't have been tagged with it anyways (post #247581 comes to mind).

I've got finals right now so my actual tagging ability is limited, but if we can get this tagged down to 0 (replacing with more apt tags along the way whenever possible) I would see no problem with invalidating it.

I already know of public_use and things like skimpy, but does anybody know of similar tags that might come in use right now?

Hmm. I was thinking 'excessive makeup' or 'heavy makeup', but we don't seem to have a tag for that.

(there's the probable typo tag sexmakeup, which would be appropriate if it weren't a typo ;) )

If 'slutty' weren't kept, what would be the appropriate tag for things like post #537304 , where the 'sluttiness' is pretty much explicitly stated? sex-crazed?

IMO posts like post #537304 illustrate that this is like the rape tag in that, even though 'slutty' is widely mistagged, there are cases where it's clearly and objectively accurate and informative.

I would have argued for aliasing it to some tag like skimpy_clothing or the likes, but the current usage is too varied and useless for that to be a good decision.

Instead I'd argue for it to be aliased to invalid_tag due to the mixed types of posts it's being added to.
Some are images where it might be useful; Like images of characters wearing skimpy clothing, posing in a suggestive way, wearing excessive makeup etc.
For the most part is seems to be tagged on images where it's not deserved. post #428184 post #521224 post #537087 post #585822

Not to mentioned that about half of all tagged images or so are just Redrusker art that people tag as slutty in order to be funny.
