Reason: breasts_outside is an alternate wording for exposed_breasts, which then implies breasts itself. So breasts_outside should be aliased to exposed_breasts rather than directly to breasts, right?

Sorry, I can't figure out how I'm supposed to add step 2, alias breasts_outside -> exposed_breasts. Can that only be done once this is approved first?

Are you sure it's not a common mistag for breasts+outside, or just visible breasts without the "being exposed" element? Probably best to leave the alias as it is, since it would result in fewer mistags compared to other possible alias targets.

For example, while not the exact same wording, Sankaku Channel uses breasts_out_of_clothes and Danbooru/Gelbooru use breasts_out for what e6 tags as exposed_breasts. I believe the phrasing is common enough that the number of posts where someone meant exposed_breasts should vastly exceed the number of posts where someone missed a space between breasts and outside. Both of these cases lose 1 tag worth of information, but I believe the alias I'm proposing would hit the edge case far less often going forward.
