Reason: All tags refer to the same character. Otama is currently the most popular name, but it is a nickname and her full name is known.

This isn't needed. Either the name is unique enough to not need a suffix, or it's ambiguous enough to disambiguate.

My thought was it would improve readability since users familiar with one piece may be more familiar with the nickname Otama than her full name.
