Forum - Tag alias: sex_request -> requesting_sex

The tag alias #70570 sex_request -> requesting_sex is pending approval.

Reason: These are the same thing in a different order. I suggest this alias "requesting_sex" feels more natural and lines up with the requesting tag, making it more likely to be seen and used.

sex_request has 8x the usage (431 posts vs 53), and a full wiki, and implications, I think this should be turned around, personally. It also lines up with all the other *_request.

Honestly I'm not a fan of the *_request general tags because that format is also used for meta tags requesting that information be added (character_request, species_request, translation_request, etc)
