Reason: I think this is the correct definition for "making_love", or it could be the other way around. Anyway, I don't see any difference in the meaning of both words.

Or you could just alias it to sex, since it already has lovemaking aliased to it.

looking at the posts currently populating making_love, it does seem to be used in the same way that romantic_sex is.
