Requested feature overview description.
Allow the merging of two similar forum threads (Janitor+ only)

Why would it be useful?
It would cut down on the number of duplicate threads that exist on the website. See this.

What the heck does merging mean? Like there's one thread, and then the other thread gets tacked on at the end of it? That would be rather jarring.

Knowing somewhat of merge requests off other sites, I assume that it'd organize comments chronologically via timestamps, and list the thread originally from (or if it's from the original thread).

Think of it like merging 2 libraries together: you still have the same organizing method, just some books would keep a mark that it was owned from #2 library instead of all books being marked as #1 library.

That's more of a mod+ task.
Janitors, from what I understand, are only supposed to handle approvals/FFD, as well as assisting users.
