How is clothed_feral not considered clothed, but it should imply clothing? If what the feral is wearing is considered clothing, and clothed_feral is applicable, shouldn't clothed be too?

If a character is wearing only legwear, footwear, gloves, certain types of lingerie like garter_belt then they're mostly_nude.

partially_clothed dosn't have anything to do with how clothed a character is, actually. it's for like when a character has a piece of clothing that's partially removed.
