Reason: Both tags have the same meaning. Latter is more obvious and more populated.
full_foot_pawpads means pawpads are present.

Should it maybe imply soles? Seems like a very similar thing. As far as I can tell from looking at the images and wiki pages, it looks like soles is for any bottom of a plantigrade foot, and full_foot_pawpads is for when the sole is noticeably separated (color and/or texture wise) from the rest of the foot?

Hang on, should soles be restricted to plantigrade feet? is there any way to search for all bottoms-of-feet? not all digitigrade animals have pawpads, and not all pawpads are on feet, so that doesn't work

The wiki for soles says it's usually for humanoid and/or plantigrade, but it doesn't mention that it's solely used for those. I think soles is the closest to the umbrella tag for all bottoms-of-feet

I'd vote for that line to be removed and for soles to be valid for all bottoms-of-feet. What do you guys think?

Soles is when the bottom of the foot is visible.

The equivalent of soles and underhoof is underpaw, though it's not very populated. And it's opposite is barely_visible_pawpads, I guess?
Not sure if umbrella tag would be useful, these three seem quite different from each other.
