Topic: Tagging 'Prangent' and other deliberate typos

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

The YouTube video formed How Is Prangent Formed is a fairly popular meme that makes its way into the occasional impregnation/pregnancy post here (e.g. post #4820612)
So I was wondering... how should it be handled? Should it have a tag, since it's a deliberate typo, or be noted like most typos are?

If it were to be tagged.. what would the tag be? Since there's a ton of misspellings in the meme (e.g. pregante, gregnant, pregnart), it would be hard to choose just one, so perhaps the titular misspelling should be used (prangent_(meme)).

Should a tag like deliberate_typo be created for things like this that aren't necessarily related to the meme?

Why not just how_is_prangent_formed? It's the essence of the meme itself, and tag typos ought to be aliased away anyway.

Makes sense to me

and tag typos ought to be aliased away anyway.

The tag typo is aliased to invalid tag
though the tag misspelling is still being used, both for actual typos and deliberate typos, like welcum, wimdy, noods
