The tag alias #71010 taloned_hands -> talon_hands is pending approval.

Reason: The tags mean the same thing, and talon_hands is more popular.

There's also avian_arms - same thing, with broader meaning.
talon_arms has been used once I guess.

There's also scuted_arms. I don't like avian_arms (and avian_butt and similar) for the same reason as tags like cow_tail and other <animal>_<part> tags. Too often it just means <species>+<part>, and talon is literally just "avian_claws" if not just another word for claws.
