Looking at the tag uses, there's a lot of ponifications and thus ghouls can be postwhatevers. so nvm

Ghouls in fallout are not a species and they are not descended from humans, they ARE humans who have been altered directly. This goes against the definition given on this site of a species descended from humans.
The tag seems to be better suited to be a lore tag, though similar things like "alien" haven't been moved to lore. But regardless, ghouls and super mutants don't match the definition or the spec-evo basis of the posthuman tag.
