Yea. And while this might make the usage a bit more obvious (faceless_* gets mixed up with featureless_face), it'd be much harder to combine. female_head_out_of_frame? Nah.

I think part of the problem is that currently faceless_character encourages the use of faceless instead of featureless_face.
