Disregarding the question of whether presenting_balls is valid...
I wish it would mean that they're visible. Too many users disregard the part about exposed anatomy, as evident by how many clothed characters there are now under presenting rating:s. I just emphasized that in the wiki, which will hopefully reduce mistags.
But as it stands, there's a real possibility of presenting_balls getting tagged for ball outlines and bulges. Would be mistags though, so doesn't necessarily block the implication.
