I think it should be flipped. As far as I'm aware,orgasm_from_* is the standard. For example, it's orgasm_from_sniffing, not sniffing_orgasm.

is too plain sounding, as if it's just orgasm+the act. e.g. someone getting a blowjob and cumming in another character's mouth is an orgasm from oral sex. oral_orgasm, anal_orgasm, etc, are supposed to be for characters that have an orgasm solely from oral/anal stimulation. Mistags still happen sometimes with them, yeah, but I think it'd be worse with orgasm_from_* compared to *_orgasm.
