I'm currently making a BUR for the VTuber Agency VShojo and was wondering if I should remove some implications as certain talents are no longer in the Agency like Nyanners, Silvervale and Amemiya Nazuna and have gone on as Independent VTubers under the same name

Because they once part of VShojo should the Implications stay forever even if they do move on from the Agency, of course places like Hololive and Nijisanji don't have this issue because they keep the IP but VShojo talent can keep their IP after leaving the company

IMO, they should only imply VShojo if VShojo owns the "character"/identity. If there's no VShojo IP in an image, it shouldn't be tagged.

The difference is the IP does belong to VShojo whenever they are under VShojo but then VShojo releases the IP back to the VTuber once their contract is up, people like Nyanners and Silvervale were with the company for 3 years so under those 3 years they are classed as VShojo IP but after that time they are Independent VTubers
