Reason: While uploading some TMNT stuff today I noticed these redundant character tags. Distinct iterations/designs of characters in long-running franchises should be searchable, but separate character tags isn't the way that's done here, we just use one character tag and pair it with the subfranchise (e.g. cheetara thundercats_1985 and cheetara thundercats_2011 rather than cheetara and cheetara_(thundercats_2011)).

I made sure all the posts with *_(rottmnt) tags are tagged with rise of the teenage mutant ninja turtles.
