Funnily, the wiki for in_utero_penetration includes the stomach, but matroyshka_sex doesn't, even though the former has the literal latin word for "womb" in its name and the latter doesn't. I'd probably just alias in_utero_penetration and turducken_position to matroyshka, if people wanna keep the funnier name.
