Reason: Liquid latex is a form of latex. There may be a reason this remains unimplicated, but other tags like living_latex (and by extension latex_creature) also implicate latex.

The reason why the tag misses an implication is quite simple: We didn't get this far. In the big Latex BUR we took care of sorting out the rubber vs. latex problem and also made aliases and implication for the tags. But less and less people took part in the discussion until only the creator of the BUR DiligentDragon and I were left.
A few months ago DiligentDragon decided to take a (likely permanent) break from e6, so that leaves only me... And I lack the motivation to keep such a big BUR running on my own. (I also procrastinate a lot when left alone.)
There are still pening requests at the ending of said BUR and a rather big list of points I wanted to discuss. More than half of them are already done, but I still require feedback on the open questions.

The plan was to take care of missing implications after this list is done. That's why liquid_latex lacks the implication to latex or latex_thigh_boots to latex_thigh_highs.
