The bulk update request #8800 is active.

mass update monroe_(character) -> monroe_(d.e.belton)

Reason: This tag is currently only used for feistydelights' character Monroe and it's better to have character tags that end in *_(owner) rather than *_(character)

EDIT: The artist's e621 tag namesake is d._e._belton_(artist) so I updated the target tag to be more in line with that. Should it be monroe_(d._e._belton) or monroe_(d.e.belton)? From what I understand there's still debate on whether abbreviated names should include spaces or not.
