Reason: Both tags seem to be describing the same thing.

These tags seem ambiguous. Right now we already have a system for each level of "holding another character":

• holding_character for a character holding a much smaller character
• carrying_another for a character holding up the whole weight of a relatively same-sized character
• lifting for a character partially supporting the weight of another character

I think these tags could use some standardizing/changes to make them less ambiguous, which is probably why tags like holding_up_partner, holding_up_other_character, and holding_up exist.

I don't see a significant enough difference to justify keeping holding_up_partner and holding_up_other_character from carrying_partner and carrying_another
