The tag alias #71631 nursing_fellatio -> penis_nursing has been approved.

Reason: Exactly the same thing.

Unless you want to differentiate nursing fellatio where savvy character wants to give pleasure, and penis nursing where underage character is only trying to get his milk. But that's really specific.
