The tag implication #64300 teal_text -> text has been approved.

Reason: It is text.

Other colored text imply text, but teal being a "new" color, it didn’t get the implication like the others.

I think it would be better if it implied colored text, but that tag can’t be used because it was aliased to plain text.

The implication can always be removed later if we go with that. I'm on the fence about the proposal so I'm not going to approve or reject it right now. Approving this for the time being.
