Reason: Both of these tags, while small, are identical to the point where they contain most of the same artwork.

Maybe the other way around would be better.

Tangentially related, but would this tag include unusual_balls_placement (where the balls are already there instead of being stretched to the chest location)

Yeah, before making any aliases, I think we need tags to differenciate between balls attached to the crotch that were stretched, and balls attached to the chest.

Unusual balls placement is for balls literally grown out of an unusual place on the body, the chesticles tag still has the balls coming from the normal place
