Reason:

Not sure, might want other way around.

A google search shows that they are at least used interchangably, but anal_piercing should do well enough (and possibly give us a little more wiggle room as far as the actual location).

So yeah, +1 for anal_piercing.

Anal piercing sounds a bit dumb to me, but either one works.

I don't really know if there's any wiggle room needed. A perineum piercing is technically called a guiche_piercing, but on a female it might be a little ambiguous, and I don't think I've ever seen a piercing further back (unless on a tail) or towards the buttocks. Then again there's the fourchette piercing (a rear labia_piercing) which can be combined with an anal_piercing, however it is almost nonexistent. I believe a piercing of the anus is in the piercing community commonly referred to as an anal piercing, but doesn't mean we have to call it that.
