Topic: cum_in_condom -> filled_condom but filled_condom is not necessarily cum

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

Currently, cum_in_condom is aliased to filled_condom, but the wiki description for filled_condom states that it can be other substances.

Should it really be aliased then?

well cum_in_condom implies that the condom is filled so that's fine. It's not like filled_condom implies cum_in_condom which would be a problem

The question is whether we need a cum_in_condom tag to differentiate it from other (rare) ways of filling a condom (e.g. urine_in_condom), or if that's superfluous since almost all filled_condoms are filled with cum

I find the alias weird since you can have cum in a condom without the condom being filled. It can have only a little cum in it, and also be worn on a penis, so not "filled".

I've seen this being discussed a few times; whether filled_condom should be used for condoms that aren't completely full.
This is not what I asked about here but I can understand the confusion on that part of the tag, especially since full_condom is aliased to it too. I don't have an opinion on a solution for this though. I suppose that could be a good topic to discuss in another thread.

cum_in_condom sounds more like a tag for ejaculation + wearing_condom than filled_condom. But it's kind of ambiguous so it should probably get aliased to something else regardless.

Well, a filled condom is not necessarily worn, so it's probably not that combo, no.

Yes thank you this is exactly the question I'm asking.
I understand that 99% of filled_condom posts are indeed filled with cum, so indeed that would mean most filled_condom posts would also have the cum_in_condom tag, so I can see it being superfluous.

On the other hand, I think it is rather confusing to search for cum_in_condom and then find some results in that search that are definitely not cum, since it's aliased to filled_condom instead.
Currently, the only way currently to search exclusively for cum_in_condom would be to have a search that's like filled_condom -urine_in_condom, which works fine but I feel is not intuitive.

TL;DR: I understand that it could be superfluous, but I also feel like a tag implication would be less confusing than an alias here.
