I'm not sure exactly which posts you're talking about, but I searched this: sangheili masturbation status:deleted

At a quick glance, it looks like some (recent ones) were deleted due to the new policy on young human content, and some (years ago) were not approved for 30 days. If you think the pictures did not contain young human(oid)(s), there's a stickied thread to contest those. And for the 30 days ones, it means they probably were too poor artistic quality or irrelevant to the site, but if you think it was an error, you can bring it up with a Janitor or Mod.

EDIT: And there are some where the artist requested a takedown.

All but a couple of posts tagged sangheili penile_masturbation status:deleted were replaced with better versions. The ones that weren't are available on fa.
