Reason: Synonyms.

I'd do more glowing_* tags but it feels excessive, luminous -> glowing ought to catch most people trying to make luminous_* tags

Related question: there's a post tagged luminous_epithelium, should that just be removed or is there a related glowing_* tag it could be replaced with?

Not particularly a fan of the *epithelium* tags, i'd rather see them aliased away, potentially to *_insides or *_internal.
