The easiest way would be to attach the leash to a plug, but a very puffy anus could be leashed like the pussy in post #3347470

If we want to be overly pedantic, there probably are ways someone could imply a leash is attached to a penis without the penis being visible (e.g. completely obscured by the leash being in the way), but in practice this absolutely does not happen, so +1
