Maybe it would be better to alias to eyelid_pull, or something similar. Obscure foreign words aren't good to use for tags because people are less likely to know or figure out what to tag it with, and the potential to be mistaken for a name.

Does it count as hand gesture when the primary "thing" of the gesture is the eye, and the hand is less relevant to it? Everything else that implies to hand gesture is something with no other body parts involved.

I actually meant to create an implication request for eyelid_pull in addition to this, thanks for the reminder!

The main reason for the disambiguation is to differentiate it from other forms of an eyelid_pull gesture, such as mon œil (French gesture implying disdain or dismissiveness) or being bored/fed up with something, such as in post #1045636.

I feel that akanbe is widely-used enough to warrant its own tag though, especially since we have tags for foreign words like seiza and ahegao to further describe specific features.

I wasn't sure whether to add an implication to hand_gesture or just gesture, but decided on the former since many instances of akanbe utilize the index finger to pull down the eyelid. I'd be totally fine with just gesture if y'all think it'd be a better fit though!
