Reason: There are two options and I'm not sure which one is better. This alias is the lazy option. The less lazy option is to keep both tags and create this BUR:

imply humiliation_fetish -> humiliation
unimply penis_humiliation -> humiliation
imply penis_humiliation -> humiliation_fetish

(if we went this route, I guess public_humiliation would still imply humiliation? Or would it be humiliation_fetish?)
