Reason: the added word of fetish implies concent which should be its own tag, when taking into account using the musk_fetish tag along with musk tag.

Fetishes/philias are difficult to tag properly for TWYS. If foot_fetish and the like is any indication, it'll be tagged a lot when it's not being sexualized/fetishized in the image (e.g. a character getting off to it), but when a viewer/poster with the fetish likes it.
