remove implication mamool_ja (64) -> final_fantasy_xiv (7129)

Reason: I believe this was done in error, the Mamool Ja are a race that were introduced in Final Fantasy XI, not XIV.

post #8358 from years before XIV was released features a Mamool Ja. They feature in both XI and XIV, so this implication should be to final_fantasy, not XIV in particular.
