Reason: Both tags are populated entirely by art from the same artist, who goes by RuneWoof on Twitter and Rune4 on FurAffinity. I suggest they be merged into one tag, "runewoof". My reasoning for suggesting "runewoof" over "rune4" is that the artist is still actively posting on Twitter (where they have 29.2K followers) but has not posted to FurAffinity (where they have 3.5K watchers) since last year.
