How do we know it's too specific? Because 3 levels of specificity or higher is too much for the current tagging system.

prehensile_feet = subtype of feet = subtype of subtype of bodypart (2 levels here)
genitals = subtype of bodypart (1 level here)

For the same reason we don't have blue_penis_in_pussy. Because searching for blue_penis + penis_in_pussy is good enough.
